Based in Stockholm, I work within Group HR across several countries. My focus is on change, leadership and long-term people development, with the aim of making everyday work clearer and more sustainable for managers and employees.

I believe strong organisations are built through trust, clarity and continuous learning. For me, good HR is practical, close to the business and focused on helping people and teams do their best work.
