A glimpse of what you can do in production with us

  • Technician

    As a technician, you play a key role in production. You monitor the machines, make sure everything runs smoothly, and help keep both quality and efficiency high. This is a hands-on job where you also need to think smart and stay focused. 

  • Production worker

    As a production worker, you're right where the action happens – in the heart of production. You handle raw materials, pack products, and help keep everything moving at the right pace and quality. It’s physical work, close to the team, where you see the results of your efforts every day.

  • Production leader

    As a production leader, you help keep the shift running smoothly. You support your team, plan the day, and solve problems as they come up. This role is a mix of leadership and hands-on knowledge – you’re part of the team, not just leading it.

A journey of growth

  • I started in production, and over time took the initiative go beyond my daily tasks – volunteering for responsibilities and getting involved in different parts of the processes. That hands-on experience gave me a solid understanding of the production flow. The company has always encouraged development, and now I’ve stepped into the role of Assistant Production Manager. It’s rewarding to see that dedication and initiative are recognized here and no matter where you start, there are real opportunities to grow
