Your role!
As a Project Manager at Scandi Standard, you will have the overall responsibility for driving and delivering technical investment projects within the poultry industry, focusing primarily on brownfield environments (existing factories and facilities). Projects range from small-scale equipment installations, like metal detectors, to large-scale factory renovations.
You will oversee the complete project process—from initial analysis and design through to final implementation. Your responsibilities will include developing factory layouts, conducting technical solution analyses, driving project progress, and ensuring effective involvement and communication throughout the project’s lifecycle.

You should deliver on
- Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing technical projects
- Designing layouts and analyzing process flows for new installations
- Coordinating suppliers and contractors
- Ensuring timely and successful project completion across multiple production sites

Preferred Qualifications:
- Several years of project management experience
- Experience with budgeting and project scheduling
- Background in the food industry and/or automation/AI implementation in technical settings is a plus
- Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D, MS Project, Excel, or similar project management tools is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
