M3 Solution Manager – Finance

ABOUT THE ROLE
As M3 Solution Manager – Finance, you will have a central part in developing innovative and efficient financial processes within a global organization. You will act as our expert on Infor M3’s financial modules, combining technical knowledge with business insight.
Working closely with the Finance Global Process Lead and other stakeholders, you will drive the advancement of effective and standardized financial processes at a global level.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure that M3’s financial modules – such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, VAT, Cost Accounting, and Reporting – function optimally, are continuously adapted to business needs, regulations, and reporting requirements, and support superusers in their daily work.
- Configure and manage the system’s financial settings according to accounting rules and business requirements, including master data management, consolidation, and closing processes.
- Lead the financial perspective in change projects, rollouts, and upgrades by identifying and resolving system-related issues. You will also translate financial process needs into effective ERP solutions in close collaboration with IT, internal functions, and external partners.
- Develop global standards with a focus on data quality, regulatory compliance, and long-term system adaptation to the organization’s development.
ABOUT YOU
You have a university degree in economics, information systems, or a similar field, along with practical experience of financial modules in ERP systems such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Reporting.
You understand accounting principles (IFRS, local GAAP) and have experience managing ERP in global environments, including participation in finance implementation projects.
You are proficient in the Office suite and communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
With a structured approach, you take responsibility to ensure your tasks are performed efficiently and accurately. You value collaboration and build solid relationships with colleagues and external partners to find effective solutions together.
