To strengthen our continuous improvement and operational efficiency, we are looking for a Head of Production Excellence to drive best practices across our production sites and help us achieve world-class performance in food manufacturing.

Role Summary

As the Head of Projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing all technology projects across the Scandi Standard Group. This includes overseeing strategic initiatives related to operational technology (OT), digital transformation, automation, and infrastructure improvements. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across our operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also have a leading role overviewing and securing cooperation with local production and general management teams in end-to-end optimizations across the value chain and bigger footprint investments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and mentor a team of project managers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and optimizations across own team and towards all local teams in Scandi

• Develop a long-term investment plan and secure the right competences, capabilities and capacity in own department to deliver on all projects across Scandi Standard
• Supervise and secure solid execution of technology and operational projects across the group and making sure the collaboration and communication is excellent across functions developing together
• Develop and implement project management frameworks, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, to drive project success.
• Identify and assess new technologies and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, cybersecurity, and sustainability objectives in all technology implementations.
• Establish KPIs and reporting structures to track project progress, risks, and overall impact.
• Engage with external partners, vendors, and consultants to support project execution where necessary.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology investments and long-term project roadmaps.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Technology Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experienced in project management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology or operational projects
• Preferred experience in the food production, FMCG, or manufacturing industries 
• Strong understanding of operational technology (OT), automation, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2, PMP).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus
