Are you ready to lead the day-to-day management and operations of a high-end modern processing factory in the meat industry.

We are looking for a competent and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Scandi Standards Netherlands, Oosterwolde.

You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, managing daily operations, and overseeing KPIs. As an integral part of our group RTE operations management team, you will contribute to setting the company's direction for the coming years.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate up to 200 employees to ensure high productivity and job satisfaction across all departments.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage daily operations with a focus on efficiency, uptime, yields, and capacity planning.
• Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure the plant meets its goals and standards.
• Ensure quality control to maintain high-quality end products.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience as a manager in the food industry, particularly with processing processes.
• Experience in leadership of both direct references and through a management layer
• Proven track record of optimizing production processes with a focus on reliability, yield rates, and reducing complexity.
• Solid understanding of KPI management and results-oriented leadership.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Relevant education in management, food technology, or similar.
